Sidney Powell was a prominent Trump lawyer who promoted election fraud conspiracy theories. In October 2023, she pleaded guilty to 6 misdemeanor counts of conspiracy to commit election interference in Georgia, admitting to conspiring to tamper with voting machines in Coffee County. She agreed to testify against Trump and other co-defendants in the Georgia RICO case.
