U.S. Representative (R-GA)
Marjorie Taylor Greene (born May 27, 1974), also known by her initials MTG, is an American far-right politician, businesswoman, and conspiracy theorist who has served as the U.S. representative for Georgia's 14th congressional district since 2021. Before entering politics, Greene was a businesswoman and fitness gym owner. She gained notoriety for promoting conspiracy theories, including QAnon. Greene was stripped of her committee assignments in 2021 for her past endorsement of political violence. Greene has been a staunch ally of Donald Trump, supporting his claims about the 2020 election. After Republicans regained control of the House in 2023, Greene was appointed to the House Oversight and Homeland Security committees. In 2024, Greene was a prominent campaign surrogate for Trump.
