Stephen Miller

Stephen Miller is an American political advisor serving as White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy in Trump's second term, a role first created in the first term. He is the principal architect of the administration's mass-deportation and immigration-restriction policies, including Operation Metro Surge, the travel ban, and the refugee parole terminations. He is the highest-ranking immigration hardliner in the White House and the key author of the second Trump administration's National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7).
