Overview
Stefan Passantino served as Deputy White House Counsel and ethics lawyer in the Trump administration. He gained notoriety for representing Cassidy Hutchinson before the January 6 Committee. Passantino was accused of advising Hutchinson to give misleading testimony, leading to ethics complaints filed in D.C. and Georgia.
