Heritage Foundation Publishes Project 2025

In April 2023, the Heritage Foundation under President Kevin Roberts published "Project 2025: The Conservative Promise," a comprehensive 900-page policy blueprint for restructuring the federal government under a future Republican president. The project involved "hundreds of volunteers" from right-wing think tanks. Despite Trump publicly distancing himself from Project 2025, "well over half" of its contributors have links to Trump's world, and Trump has appointed multiple Project 2025 participants to his administration.
