California Judge Recommends Disbarring John Eastman

In May 2024, a California bar judge recommended that John Eastman be disbarred for his role in efforts to overturn the 2020 election. The judge found that Eastman made false statements about election fraud and aided then-President Trump in a scheme to disrupt the transfer of power.
