Border Czar / White House Deputy Chief of Staff
Tom Homan is an American former immigration enforcement official serving as the Trump administration's "Border Czar" since January 20, 2025. He previously served as acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from 2017 to 2018 under Trump. Homan is a 30-year veteran of ICE and its predecessor agencies.
