Former White House Ethics Lawyer
Stefan Passantino served as Deputy White House Counsel and ethics lawyer in the Trump administration. He gained notoriety for representing Cassidy Hutchinson before the January 6 Committee. Passantino was accused of advising Hutchinson to give misleading testimony, leading to ethics complaints filed in D.C. and Georgia. In March 2024, both jurisdictions dismissed the complaints against him. He left the White House in 2018 and has continued private practice representing various political figures.
