Robert Costello is a New York attorney and partner at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron who has represented Rudy Giuliani and various Trump associates. Costello gained prominence when his firm sued Giuliani for $1.36 million in unpaid legal fees, winning judgment in September 2025. He also represented Steve Bannon in a similar fee dispute.
