Konstantin Viktorovich Kilimnik

Konstantin Kilimnik is a Russian-Ukrainian political consultant who worked for Paul Manafort beginning in 2005. The Mueller Report concluded he was connected to Russian intelligence agencies. The Senate Intelligence Committee found his contacts with Manafort "represented a grave counterintelligence threat." In April 2021, the U.S. Treasury sanctioned Kilimnik for providing Russian intelligence with sensitive Trump campaign polling and strategy data from Manafort. He is on the FBI's wanted list with a $250,000 reward.
