Former Counselor to the President
Kellyanne Conway served as Trump's Counselor to the President from 2017 to 2020 and was a prominent Trump spokesperson. In 2019, the Office of Special Counsel found she repeatedly and egregiously violated the Hatch Act by making partisan political statements in her official capacity, accumulating more than 50 documented violations. The OSC recommended her removal; Trump refused to act.
