Jamie Raskin

Jamie Raskin is a Democratic U.S. Representative from Maryland, serving since 2017. He was a prominent member of the House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack, serving as lead floor manager for the second Trump impeachment. A constitutional law professor, he previously served in the Maryland Senate. His family tragedy—his son Tommy died by suicide on December 31, 2020, the day before January 6—became part of his testimony.
